Copied from 4ch. If you look at non-H manga with genderbending as a whole, then most of them don't have the MC show interest in men. The overwhelming majority of TG manga where the MC can switch sexes have the MC remain attracted solely to women and those are in the majority. Even the series where the MC becomes a girl permanently, there are a lot of titles where the MC never shows interest in men. Here are a couple of lists with titles I know:
