So this little guy, you pick it up and it handles like a tomahawk, as a pick you can break down metal doors, smash locks, shatter rock, it gives you that high end destructive power. 
As a digging tool it helps you dig channels very easily or uproot things, so say you wanted to clear a camp site of small trees, shrubs, it's far better then either a hatchet or shovel. 

And it has a great utility as a woodworking tool because of the way you can face timber with it. Remove bark, drill holes. You can button it to split wood, and you can re-handle it if it breaks. It's also entirely feasible to carry just the head if heavy digging is only a contingency plan. At which point you might find a full length handle because unlike a shovel it's not a lever so the handle can be green wood, it's got the inertia. You can also use them to cut sod, and there's a lot of reasons you'd cut sod. Firstly to hide holes you've dug, so for example when I dig a fire pit I then lay the sod over it. No chance of fire, invisible. And if it was armalite business you would sandbag with sod, forming a nature identical berm with a one foot trench behind it. And you can cover a fox hole with sod, because your trampling will have left prints all around the hole. And sod blocks thermals. Sod life. 

But often I'm doing none of these this, so I'll just take a plastic hand trowel.i just don't see the middle ground. 

Generally I prefer the really light ones because with a narrower bit they really don't need to be that heavy, and the way the point is used it's weight isn't that relevant either. You usually see them cast iron, but welded are far lighter, ideally you'd get steel.

I wonder how much of a health hazard the lead in paint actually is.
Maybe leaded paint is a bit too lasting and don't fit into planned obsolescence. The market needs paints that needed to be reapplied every 5 years minimum. A paint that keeps 10+ years is bad for business.
I don't doubt that lead is poisonous, and that the paint is poisonous. It's just how much of it actually effects anything?
Do they overstate the danger to push less harmful, but more importantly less resistant paints?

technically that guy was supposed to dismount and stand to the side. Its the law of footbridges, and there is a heirarchy of right of way with pedesterians at the top and mounted riders down somewhat. horse and cart or cars are lowest but an armoured column including vehicles would have right of way in a war. the other bit of aincent law of bridges is that if there is only a single footway and two people on foot then the weaker one has right of way but if two equal strength men meet and one refuses to voluntarily move aside then fighting to the death is A-OK. It has something to do with equity of effort or something. I dunno its kind of an instinctive law. Plus because he was going at speed they both entered the bridge at about the same time so you cant say he was way further along the bridge than the woman. I dunno what she could have legitimately got him to backtrack, thats a bit too much, plus the footbridge was not that narrow and this shit could have been avoided if the karen wasnt a cunt, which she clearly was because she was agitating. He took her phone and probably chucked it 100meters down the road for her to retrive but fuck me he took a risk and could end up in jail over there for that, which is gay but karens are actually fukn exremely dangerous psychopaths so he should have not fucked with her for his own safety. I hope he got away clean.

Just went to see this at the cinema. Its pretty entertaining but not as good as Black Hawk Down. Lots of cool /k/ stuff but I got zero fucks to give about american war suckers getting pwnd. At the end in the credits we see some war hero on a power wheelchair like a NDIS mong. Must suck so bad being the unlucky one while all the others who didnt get fucked up get to be the heroes. War sucks unless you get to be played by that bully-but-not-really guy from maze runner.

4 out of 5 grenade launcher guns like the ones they had in 'Nam that never got used in this flick.

I can suggest Hobo Blues Band, P. Mobil, or even LGT (Locomotiv GT) when it comes to Hungarian bands. Edda and Bikini are also classics, except I do not like them. Drove to VOOOT.  Went to to the place I usually cast my early vooots on a Friday on my way too Noosa. Didn’t get there yesterday because it was pouring rain.  Got there today and walked in. Turned out because it’s was voting day that piling place was only for out of state voooters. Literally could not cast  a local QLD vote there.  Can’t make this up. Has to drive 20 minutes back to the other polling booth. I put my wires headphones as a clear statement I didn’t want any how to vooot cards. Imimediately had Labour and Greeen ans Teal fuckers shoving shit in my face. 

Ticked one nation 1 and labour and the greens last. Won’t make a lick of difference. Liberals fucked this  one up. They should been hardline anti immigration to fix housing and hardline anti climate change to fix energy and hardline anti Voice. Instead  they tip toed and acted like cowards. Now they will loose and we will get 4 more years of Albo. God help  us. We will be Canada by 2029.
