I used to abuse benzos and get drunk myself when I was addicted many years ago. Glad I got off of them and won't touch them ever again.

I'd recommend finding a tree and jumping off, If the drop is too long your head will pop off (still minimal pain though), too short and you'll strangle (a lot of pain). I would continue to live but I have nowhere to stay with good people.
