Modern human life in first world countries requires special time for exercise because their daily life doesn't provide enough/healthy exercise. Meanwhile, some people in world third countries no need for extra exercise because it is provided in their daily life (sometimes they work to exhaustion).

Also, most old people need to do some exercise (at least some stretching exercises) to wake up their body properly in the morning, their bodies aren't working properly after sleep (rest), their bodies aren't repaired properly (fixing).

We desire to see any exercise as a form of entertainment (not as something that it is necessary to maintain well-being); or an idle activity (automation) that doesn't require special time/effort/focus on that: the body does it for itself in an efficient way (efficient maintenance with nothing unconscious).

Hippies full of weed think that it is easy to be in complete harmony with Earth's nature. But in reality, it is very difficult to be in complete harmony with nature in a lot of places of Earth, because, for example, they are harmful for humans (like Brazilian jungles) or because they are not friendly environments (of course, we have to include the "urban fauna", like cockroaches, flies, rats...).
Still, we will try to have the maximum level of harmony with Earth's nature and everywhere!

It's pretty much impossible to have a smooth ride in all human relationships, as most people are incompatible at some level (most at heart/core level), that make it very difficult to harmonize with them.
Human society is very diverse (and not necessarily in a good way), so it is required to have a lot of compassion, tolerance and patience to make it barely work.
