Some incredible sounding team names at the Vuelta al Táchira: Alicanto Consulting G Kino Tachira, Gobierno de Merida Alcaldia Merida B Tesoro, Team Fam Birdman Level Up and Team Gesprom Evolution (with a US license for some reason)

Keep in mind these are the "Garmin Connect Plus" recommendations and garmin is known for making up numbers on number generator.
Also my numbers I inserted can be inaccurate.
Also it includes the workout I did.

You can scan the barcodes of everything via the garmin app on mobile, however, I haven't found a single product in czech'em that it works on. Kinda racist tbh.

I mean recommendations aside for an average man your maintenance calories are aleady 2200+, considering you're 2 meters or whatever I assume it's atleast 2500 for you.
I don't count anymore but I generally eat at the very least 3000 when I'm doing some sort of cycling that day because otherwise I would just feel like absolute shit at work the day after by noon.
I think finbert is right and you've been running on fumes for a long time especially when doing multiple workouts in succession

 >>/58915/
reckon that's a so called 'match' and you burnt it there, they are finite so -1 match for you
I feel like sometimes you can recruit anaerobic capacity more easily without blowing up and it seems like that was one of those days for you

 >>/58925/
I know but 3g of protein per kg is unseen amount. Even bodybuilder stay around 2g/kg max and you probably need 1.5 MAX. Makes me wonder how they came up with that number, might be 3 year old chatgpt because surely the recent ones know you don't need that much

> Ride outside for first time in months
> No fueling or hydration
> Go to /cyc/ office holiday party until 10pm (just club soda for me thanks)
> Decide to wake up at 5am on Saturday for no reason
Disastrous day for my fragile physiology.

well yeah, how many times do you actually go completely all out trying to beat your 40 min times, sometimes the climb is 30min sometimes it's more
maybe you just had a really good day
I have a PR on a local hill I haven't been close too in months because I somehow was able to go into almost heart attack HR range

Hello, yes it is me, the ofishel spokesperson for all Pol-acks at this world wide web alias, what nau.
Did he go for the infamous kofi break while the pedaling is still going on?
I am also sure he is bald under this helmet.
And he overcrowds promenades, shopping malls, hiking trails whenever he is not wageslaving for some funny scrapes.

My point was that whenever I hike on czechopolish borders, I often see poles with polish symbols and insignias. On their bags, on their clothes, on their caps, on their whenever. It happens so often that I actually started to notice.
No other country I meet does that. Not germans (for obvious reasons), not austrians, not czechs, not italians, not even slovaks.
It's curious.
Would you sign into Zwift and name yourself Bert BERTMANN GERMAN and ride with german jersey?

 >>/58986/
Well they don't want to be mistaken for Indonesians that's why.

Meself I am fed up with every other new, manly-related enterprise (clothes, bike shops, gun clubs, gyms, fishing shops) has to have a hussar related name.
Like in the burger internet every other guy with a backpack is "Lone Wolf".
Plus our truckers have to have at football scarf in the windshield, often the whole cabin looks like a kitchy shrine to the motherland.

At least you too go for another sin which is writing the name of you shithole village on the flag when you go spectate some sportsh.

> Watching bobsled for no reason
> Czech team flips on the first turn and does the whole race upside down at 110km/h
> German team forgets to bring the handles in and they ricochet down the whole course with handles sticking out on each side
This sport is pure comedy

I think that part of DE (south east) doesn't get much snow in general but I could be wrong. Lots of rain the past 2 days killed the snow in the lowlands as well

gonna go ride myself now, first time since new years day and it's -4°C I may not make it

 >>/59037/
Only one American made it into the sled. The other three ragdolled off the sides of the ice, absolute chaos. Then the driver did the whole course with no brakes and started freaking out after he crossed the line and couldn't stop
