Keep in mind these are the "Garmin Connect Plus" recommendations and garmin is known for making up numbers on number generator.
Also my numbers I inserted can be inaccurate.
Also it includes the workout I did.

You can scan the barcodes of everything via the garmin app on mobile, however, I haven't found a single product in czech'em that it works on. Kinda racist tbh.

 >>/58922/
I mean recommendations aside for an average man your maintenance calories are aleady 2200+, considering you're 2 meters or whatever I assume it's atleast 2500 for you.
I don't count anymore but I generally eat at the very least 3000 when I'm doing some sort of cycling that day because otherwise I would just feel like absolute shit at work the day after by noon.
I think finbert is right and you've been running on fumes for a long time especially when doing multiple workouts in succession

Hello, yes it is me, the ofishel spokesperson for all Pol-acks at this world wide web alias, what nau.
Did he go for the infamous kofi break while the pedaling is still going on?
I am also sure he is bald under this helmet.
And he overcrowds promenades, shopping malls, hiking trails whenever he is not wageslaving for some funny scrapes.

My point was that whenever I hike on czechopolish borders, I often see poles with polish symbols and insignias. On their bags, on their clothes, on their caps, on their whenever. It happens so often that I actually started to notice.
No other country I meet does that. Not germans (for obvious reasons), not austrians, not czechs, not italians, not even slovaks.
It's curious.
Would you sign into Zwift and name yourself Bert BERTMANN GERMAN and ride with german jersey?

 >>/58986/
Well they don't want to be mistaken for Indonesians that's why.

Meself I am fed up with every other new, manly-related enterprise (clothes, bike shops, gun clubs, gyms, fishing shops) has to have a hussar related name.
Like in the burger internet every other guy with a backpack is "Lone Wolf".
Plus our truckers have to have at football scarf in the windshield, often the whole cabin looks like a kitchy shrine to the motherland.

At least you too go for another sin which is writing the name of you shithole village on the flag when you go spectate some sportsh.

> Watching bobsled for no reason
> Czech team flips on the first turn and does the whole race upside down at 110km/h
> German team forgets to bring the handles in and they ricochet down the whole course with handles sticking out on each side
This sport is pure comedy

Do you get any negative effects from doing such prolonged exercise in the cold? I remember getting my throat pretty sore when I xc skied more as a kid, as well as getting some frostbite in my nose/cheeks.
Anyway, nice easy rape for me to start the week. I'm teaching a new course this period, first lecture starts in 45min and I'm slightly nervous.

Another Zwift race slips thru my fingers due to complete inability to sprint.

I think I just need to thrash the fatties on the hills and stop thinking I will do anything meaningful in a bunch sprint against a bunch of dudes with 1500W sprints

It was a 10 lap crit with a little 6% hill in the middle so I thought it would be more attritional but it really wasn't. I kept near front for every climb waiting for someone to make a decisive attack but it never really came. Alarm bells should've been sounding when I came over hill for last time at 170bpm (not even threshold)

Speaking of blogposting, the conclusion of the nutrition saga is:
> calorie deficit, solved by eating breakfast
> stop drinking flawored mineral wasser you moron
> protein intake is still like half the recommended value on a workout day, will have to investigate and/or possible ingest some protein bar

Yes, this is a public house for oldfags who have semi-retired from parasocial relations as an area to explore and waters to chart.
Just want my favorite spot, same set of flags and a predictable set of interactions.
Only Malawibernd and Bertele may actually be under torty, the average bertfag age may be closer to 35.

> "It's also a bit sad to see sometimes. When I talk to some riders, they don't dream of winning races anymore. They're already happy if they can pull off a good five-minute test, if the numbers are good," Alaphilippe says in the Sigma Sports Unplugged podcast by former rider, commentator, and journalist Matt Stephens.

> When I look at the new generation of cyclists... Some riders can't ride without a bike computer. If you just stare at the numbers, you no longer see the trees or the sky. That's a bit sad. You simply lose the joy of cycling.
