Not sure.
Perhaps use the "Thread limit" option. The number sets the maximum number of threads. Before you want to add one more thread, raise the number by one. Be aware that if you set it to a lower number than the current amount of threads on board, this will delete the surplus, so don't make the mistake of losing threads.
One thing: don't mistake it with the "Hourly thread limit" option.
In addition to the thread limit, to avoid bumping off threads, you might wanna pin all what you have.
So combining these two tools in theory you could achieve what you want.

A thread was deleted I did not wish to be deleted from my board. I was hoping maybe it could be recovered if the database allows it. Though I'd like to ask about this privately.

Well it is something something. We have limited capacity now and have to balance between scale and posting working right. We are working on it. I did notice it on imouto and yuri that's happening but not many elsewhere.

Last year, I met guy first time He talking so good in the school, on the street I saw him that he is following me. I ask him what your doing here, He wants to come my home because her wife was outside and His home door was locked.

5.)I have only flashes memories of that day with no feelings.
HE ABUSED, TORTURE MY MIND BY DOING MAGIC, RAPED ME.

On that day my brain was hurting too much, not able to say anything even my inner head, eyes burning and my body sweating.
I don't know anything due its magic. and how i know that something happen because he was show my some future illusions.

and that guy is disappered, some how I am able to get his phone number.

Guys you know any magic that mentioned controlling mind from grabbing hand palm from which he able to forget me everything .

Edit- also he modify some memories of past after that I start hating my family and old friends.

Can you add time offset for post timestamps?
Like make posts 5-60 minutes before?

Some ISP's forced by governments to collect connections metadata for surveillance, even how much bytes were sent at some time.
And some companies collect social media posts to get anons ass, manipulate people, predict trends.
Post photos some times and you can be tracked by unique size and date, even in tor.
They want more control like in china.
They want to shut up freedom of speech.
Fuck them all.

Is there a way to make the wordfilter recognice spaces so it only applies to isolated words but not if the phrase is part of a longer word?

like filtering '_trans_' but not 'transport'
