I use librewolf and hevc always (since that update that made it work) worked on endchan for me. It actually might not work on other sites but since end just almost literally embeds it how it would play if you dragged a file into a new tab it just werks.
I did have to change the script slightly so it does not automute and had to give endchan permissions to autoplay videos but that's also because librewolf has very aggressive privacy related defaults (that I like)

We posted on Nekochen for a long time, and /neko/ at least on this site has a policy of 1 thread every 15 days, not a thread when we hit bump limit.

Why this policy? Because I thought it would be interesting and make threads/eras more memorable. Works in my mind. Also just so happens that we averaged a little below 1k posts usually, so we have rarely hit bump limit and had to make a thread early. (Endchan forces bump limit to close a thread)

It's for idiots, well it's also for people that don't mind having a weak password but mostly for idiots. I set up my (Linux) KeePassXC so it uses that, I could probably use an android version of that too so I guess that's less of a problem that I thought it will be (both FOSS, will not spy on my shit most probably). I did have to ask the allmighty claude for the solution though.

Honestly at this point I have limited trust towards big companies that should know their security and practically no trust towards others. I think it's fine, maybe someone else will come too and changing the schedule feels almost heretical honestly especially since it's not that I go to work but that I have the work next day so I can still participate.
If I had a saturday nightshift we could bargain, right now I think I'll just set my schedule around the regular time and it's no biggie.

That reminds me, I (obviously) hate change but there's at least 2 new features in my phone that I like, there's an option to keep the charge below 80% (auto-disconnect charging when it reaches that level) to save battery life and another one that makes the screen "extra dim" so you can have it at very low light level at night. Those are good enough that I don't instantly hate the new phone with new 'droid.
