Yes.
I assume they will do a rerun of 2 as well, which I will go see when they do. I didn't like on my initial viewing for the reasons we discussed at the time, but the more I've dwelled on themes of the movie the more I come to like it, so I'm interested to see how I feel about it viewing it from that perspective.
No, the first showing is later today and I have plans tonight.

Don't be like this. Don't be mad, or distant. Yes, I would have legit made up some retarded excuse to get uma KFC, and probably spent 45 minutes going to a whole different prefecture, and wasting twice the amount of money in shitty fast food, and botch the whole trip even, and still try to play it off as fun as I shit post a Golshi drink cup at you or something.

I like the can on that Big Doink IPA.
But fruity smoothie sounds hella nice too, Goddamn you get to enjoy so many interesting beers.
Early day, as in you got off early? Enjoy your brief respite, if so. Firebomb your boss's apartment, if the other way around.
God I hope so, because this sore throat sucks, and I didn't wanna be alone for the weekend.

I just took off early. 40 days a week, and that was logged earlier today. And nothing urging came up, so weekend truly beginning now. Which is good, since this 12% VOL ale is really kicking in now.
You can still go out with a sore throat! It just hurts a little when you swallow, so it'll be fine

Nope, need not do the needful. Fewer and fewer tasks are coming our way, due to the tender. But if everything goes well, that'll turn around in November.
True. But this time of the year, it's quite common for people to have a runny nose and a light cough.
You don't need DayQuil~

Nah, not yet. I'm the one abusing the AI. And why wouldn't I? It beats traditional search engines like Jewgle and CuckCuckGo. Just be skeptic, because it'll make up stuff quite often and act like it clearly knows what it's talking about. Regardless, it'll still save time.

Years ago I read an article, mostly because I had to find one to write about, about how researchers at MIT were making a program that would program the basic data structures for you and do it more accurately. Can't remember if the article pointed out the irony of it, or if I wrote that. The more interesting part was they didn't use the AI term for it because it wasn't the meme it is these days.
One day I'll have to dig through my old homework to find it again since I'm pretty sure I had to attach the article with it.

ChatGPT can do that too. The reason is basically because most standard libraries of any language, is freely available or can be decompiled. Besides, nobody codes basic data structures anymore, for that exact reason too.

> Thought omega-6 was good for you.
The human body requires a small amount of omega-6; a diet that completely lacks omega-6 would be harmful and potentially fatal. But modern Western diets contain an excessive amount of omega-6, which scientists are beginning to realize is bad for human health. Typical Western diets contain too little omega-3, so supplementing with fish oil or eating more fatty fish is usually a good thing.

 >>/71954/
A diet with an excess of omega-6 fatty acids is considered unhealthy primarily because it can disrupt the balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in the body, leading to various health issues.

1. Inflammation: Omega-6 fatty acids tend to promote inflammation in the body when consumed in large quantities. While some inflammation is necessary for healing and immune responses, chronic inflammation is linked to various diseases such as heart disease, arthritis, and autoimmune disorders. In contrast, omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory, and the balance between these two types of fats is crucial for controlling inflammation levels.

2. Imbalance with Omega-3: Historically, human diets had a roughly equal balance of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. However, modern diets, especially in Western countries, often have a ratio of 10:1 or higher (omega-6 to omega-3), largely due to the widespread use of vegetable oils, processed foods, and animal products from grain-fed livestock. This imbalance can interfere with the beneficial effects of omega-3s, such as protecting the heart and brain.

3. Heart Health: High consumption of omega-6 fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid found in many vegetable oils (like corn and soybean oil), is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular disease. This is because the inflammatory processes fueled by excessive omega-6 can contribute to atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and other cardiovascular issues.

4. Mental Health: Some studies suggest that an imbalanced omega-6 to omega-3 ratio may play a role in mood disorders like depression and anxiety. Omega-3s are vital for brain health, and an excess of omega-6 may reduce the brain's ability to benefit from omega-3's neuroprotective effects.

Miccy Dick's fries nowadays are just air and a hint of the same taste you get from cheap french fries. It's disgusting.
A good chip, is the kind where you can both taste the grease, and the potato. Nothing else but a crispy greasy shell and a moist potato-filled inner, cuts it

"In commercial frying, oils rich in PUFAs are often reused multiple times. Each heating cycle causes more degradation of the fats, increasing the production of harmful oxidation products with each reuse. This further heightens the risk of consuming toxic compounds." -- ChatGPT

 >>/71964/
"Deep-frying in PUFAs, especially at high temperatures and for extended periods, leads to the formation of harmful oxidation products, increased trans fats, and potentially inflammatory effects. To minimize health risks, it's generally better to use oils with more heat stability, such as those rich in saturated or monounsaturated fats, for frying." -- ChatGPT

 >>/72050/
French fries deep fried in beef tallow are generally considered healthier than those fried in seed oils. Beef tallow is rich in saturated fats, which are more stable at high temperatures, leading to less oxidation and potentially fewer harmful compounds. Seed oils, on the other hand, often contain polyunsaturated fats, which can break down and form harmful compounds when heated. However, the overall health impact also depends on factors like portion size, frequency of consumption, and overall diet.

The micro PDW kits were exceptionally neat, and novel when they first came out, literally as an answer to Euro police, and glowie needs.
Our resident Dane here knows his police force better, but basically unlike 'murican cops, Euro police don't tool around with patrol rifles in their vehicle, and so a PDW actually made sense to bridge the gap between having a semi useless handgun, and a rifle they're not allowed to lug around for the public to see.
Think about like how U.K. bobbies have to literally call in a special unit that has a patrol rifle in their car, and when those mf-ers show up they step out with like actual full auto G36c and L86s.
But even THEY have basically abandoned the idea.

This weird concept of the PDW keeps trying, and trying, and trying to rear it's ugly head in more, and more awkward, hamfisted ways every decade or so.
Like think about it, what's REALLY the difference between this, and packing a micro UZI, or the entire MAC10 concept for SS back in the 70's and 80's? It's literally just updated versions of those, but this time your super secret sauce pistol (literally just a glock clone by another name) can be modularly swapped out back to being a pistol, and thus defeating the entire point of the PDW again, because why not just have a dedicated handgun, and a dedicated short carbine that out performs every PDW in existence?
You don't gain functionality by extending the barrel on your new shitty PDW, because doing so at a certain point you may as well just be carrying a rifle again.
You don't gain functionality by having the optics bridge, because now you have to strip whatever optic you had on the pistol's slide, effectively removing the modularity to go back to being a more concealable handgun; to wit again you may as well have the handgun, and rifle separate, and just have a dedicated short carbine, that is infinitely superior in every way.
Eventually your ""micro PDW"" stops being concealable, or is so clunky that it's concealability actually erodes its functionality to deploy the stock, or retain the angled grip and spare mag faggoty.
Like at some point the returns are so diminishing that someone has to start to recognize why all the machine pistol PDWs of old went the way of the dodo like they did. Like, how many police forces and special snowflake units do you see running around with TMPs still? And even if you were to justify having a PDW as some kind of backup/secondary "true sidearm" why not have one dedicated to that purpose like the PDWs of old, like the MP7 or something along those lines, rather than a pistol in an awkward chassis, trying to mimic the same thing?
Anyone that you know that's still on the fence about it, just remind them that the micro ronin glawk kits were a thing way before, and if they never considered being THAT kind of faggot, why would they consider it now other than just being a sigger dick sucker?

So I guess long story short, I agree, it's all LARPers that think it'll make a good truck gun, or something equally stupid. Or try and stuff it in a backpack, or... again, even for THOSE niche purposes, there's so many infinitely better options.
But everyone wants to "update" and "rethink" the handgun concept, to modernize it into the modern era, as if all that really doesn't need updating is the merging of what already exists with more modern optics.
I tire of people trying to re-imagine the wheel, and in so doing reinventing the entire buggy to go with it.

 >>/72299/
That's more or less my thoughts on it: that it ends up in a niche that the only use case is LARP Team 6's constrained scenarios you will literally never be involved in. One was fucking talking about how it could fit in the large center console of his truck and some convoluted scheme where it he wouldn't be able to reach a rifle in his backseat (??????) and that a pistol wouldn't be enough (??????). Bro, where are you and what the fuck are you doing that a militaristic force is ambush in a truck and not just some dumb nigger or spic trying to rob you?

PDWs make sense (though are never perfect) for an organized force for just ammo concerns. It does not make much sense for a carry scenario.

That said, I will die on the hill that I want an MPL somehow.

Though it will never not be funny that the peak of PDW designs was established as early as the fucking Mauser: stock on the pistol to make it shoulderable and that's fucking it. I'm pretty sure "stocks for service revolvers" probably predate it even but I'm enough of an autist to know the exacts.

Wait I was thinking wine. Forgot the time last year when for some reason the bottom of the cardboard was worn out and the handle of tequila fell out and splattered despite being only being like half a foot from the ground.

Yeh. My gacha luck in ZZZ and especially WuWa has been weird, as I have still not once won the first 50/50 in either of them, but then I'll roll the banner character in the 10 roll after losing it, or roll 2 of them in one 10 roll when I finally get them.
As someone who has played some other Cygames games, the spark is worse. It takes way more to save for, and you end up skipping a lot of banners you may have otherwise rolled on because you gotta make sure you have a spark for when that limited character you really want drops.
Whereas with Hoyo games system, it can be painful at times, but I at least feel like I can roll whenever a character I want comes out.

It things like these where I wonder if every account has a separate seed, or if it's all just pure coincidence.
I'm almost sure you have to spend more for a spark. They do seem to shit out crystals in GBF, but as you said you still need to save longer. Though they have a few events where you could get lucky and get 1/3rd of a spark(30000 crystals).
Not even to mention that GBF has some really limited characters that are holiday specials.
And the fact Cygames are the ones that even had to create a spark/pity system after someone spent 6000 yen on trying to get the monkey.

I wonder.
PriConne did give enough out that after a while I was swimming in jewels so I could spark a character and still have some left over, but they would sometimes drop like 3 or 4 limited banners in a roll, and of course they all just powercrept the entire roster up to that point, so I still just ended up saving them for the seasonal characters. In DereSute you legit had to save for like half a year to get a spark if you were f2p.
I assume you mean dollars and not yen.

Compared to Japanese gacha games that drop a new character usually every week or every other week, and often multiple at one time. Yeah, after only like a year too. The current Gakum@s banner is really killing me, I want to roll, but I'm also fairly certain a limited Halloween Hiro is right around the corner so I can't just blow my rolls now on a non-limited banner...
Yeah, I've definitely spent more than 6000 yen on gacha games before...

It would not surprise me if I added up everything I've spent on gacha games and it was four figures, but thats also over the course of like 8 years at this point.
I just buy the monthly passes now. I spend enough time in these games that its worth 5 bucks a month, especially if it increases my chances of getting the characters I want.

Well powercreep is for metafags anyways!
Which one is Hiro again?
I'm sure that's over the course of some years at least. Some people do that within a month. Maybe even a week.

I don't think I'll imagine the situation for such a thing.

Some of them actually have decent, even good, gameplay. But you need the characters for it. So they try to get you there.

Let 'em all go bankrupt. Crash the JP economy. No survivors.

It's really nothing weird. They had a fatty tumor behind the eye that was completely benign but that eye's otherwise 20/20 vision was getting blurry constantly and an MRI found it. It was during the peak of COVID supply issues so the surgeon just sort of forgot how utterly unavailable those were at the time. He was the one who personally called supply places to find one with them; they just had to find someone to pick them up for them.
