The reports outline that the experiments will focus on Sunlight Reflection Methods (SRM), including Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) and Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB).

SAI involves injecting tiny reflective particles, such as sulphur dioxide, into the stratosphere to mimic the cooling effect of volcanic eruptions, while MCB uses ships to spray sea-salt particles into low-lying clouds to enhance their reflectivity.

Potential side effects of geo-engineering include regional droughts, crop failures and deadly shifts in weather patterns (actual man-made climate change!).  A 2015 study by the Geomar Helmholtz Centre suggested that even combined geo-engineering methods might not prevent temperatures from rising beyond 2°C by 2100, and abrupt cessation could trigger rapid warming, known as “termination shock.”

It’s clear that geo-engineering experiments have already been underway for decades, and now that climate alarmism has been relentlessly pushed for decades it’s been deemed "acceptable" to disclose this particular evil plan to the public. Delhi Police apprehended a man in Kailash Nagar area in Shahdara district of the national capital for allegedly raping multiple dogs, officials said on Saturday.
According to officials, the accused, Naushad, was arrested after an animal NGO filed a complaint against him. Naushad was working as a supplier for the NGO.

'A video of the man sexually assaulting a dog has also surfaced on social media, in the video man can also be seen beaten by people and asking him, how many dogs did he rape,' read a statement from the Delhi Police. 
Officials also said that the NGO is putting allegation on the person that he has raped atleast 12-13 female dogs. However, interrogations regarding the case are currently ongoing.

Earlier, three Bangladeshi nationals, including a woman, residing 'illegally' in Delhi were apprehended by a team of special staff, Rohini, and were sent to the deportation centre after completing all 'codal' formalities, police said.

The Western Era Of Dominance Is Over, Europe's Decline Undeniable

Only a few years ago, most of Western Europe seemed like a fortress of stability in international politics. With robust economies, solid social systems, and the grand edifice of “European integration,” it gave an impression of permanence, impervious even to major geopolitical upheavals.

Now, however, it has become an inexhaustible source of war mongering, interventionism, debt insolvency and de-industrialization, much like the USSA became after 9/11 CIA/Mossad false flag coup.

We see endless talk of sending “European peacekeepers” (aka troops!) to Ukraine, drawn-out dramas over forming a government in France, or pre-election storms in a teacup in Germany. There are attempts to meddle in the Middle East, and above all, a deluge of irresponsible, often meaningless statements from Western European politicians. For outsiders, these developments provoke a mix of bemusement and concern.

In Russia, the Western side of our shared continent’s apparent decline is met with suspicion but also a certain sadness. For centuries, Western Europe has been both an existential threat and a source of inspiration for Russia. But a Western Europe that is economically unstable, politically chaotic, and intellectually stagnant is no longer the same as what once inspired reforms or envy. It’s no longer a place Russia can look to as a neighbor worth emulating or even fearing.

For most of the world, Western Europe’s problems provoke only curiosity. Major powers like China and India are happy to trade with its various countries and benefit from its technology and investment. But if Western Europe were to disappear from the global stage tomorrow, it wouldn’t disrupt their plans for the future. These nations are vast civilizations in their own right, historically shaped far more by internal dynamics than by European influence.

Meanwhile, African and Arab nations still view Western Europe through the lens of colonialism. For them, its decline is of material interest but little emotional consequence. Türkiye sees European countries as prey, aging and weakened rivals. Even the United States, a supposed ally, approaches the continent’s crises with a businesslike detachment, focused solely on how to maximize its own interests at Europe’s expense.

Police said that the public noticed the man indulging in the unnatural act with the stray dog on the Sathanur road near Channapatna town. The people thrashed the man and handed him over to the police.
Police said that the dog was tied and the accused was caught red-handed while raping the dog.
The police stated that the accused has been identified as Basava and police are questioning him, adding that they are yet to book a case as the people who handed him over to them refused to lodge a complaint.

Recently, a youth was booked with an FIR for trying to rape a stray dog in an inebriated state in Chikkamagaluru district. The incident had taken place in the limits of Jayapura police station.

The acts of the youth to behave in a vulgar manner with the street dogs were recorded on the CCTV. The police had taken up the case following a video of the incident going viral on social media.
