I am angry!
Apart from host procrastination, I am angry about gypsies. The only thing I hate more than begging gypsies standing in front of supermarkets are the fuckers who actually give them money. You can't even blame gypsies for begging just like you can't blame a wolf for killing sheep. It's just what they do. But they are only here BECAUSE people give them money. A lot of money. A gypsy beggar probably makes more money than some skilled worker in Romania, Serbia or wherever they are brought from. The money doesn't even stay with them, they're brought here with buses by organized crime and put in front of each supermarket, especially in Christmas season where people like to donate. There wasn't a single one to be seen all summer, they just popped up a few weeks ago. Suddenly out of nowhere.

Seriously there are a lot of subhumans but gypsies are among the worst. Ugly cheeky criminal bastards. I swear, 80 years ago we had a government that knew how to deal with gypsies and had special institutions for them. In Poland.

Here they're sometimes organized by pimp-like gang members and forced to do it on every street corner with a poorly drawn sign that says, "I'm pregnant" or "I'm a veteran".

Some areas have them, some don't. They don't travel far from their encampment. They're guaranteed crime generators, stealing anything that's not nailed down, breaking into cars for change, sleeping in parked cars and even pooping in them especially at places where they know the owner won't be back for a while like at trailheads. 

We need to cull the heard. And they'll arrest *ME* if I poison these drug addicted vermin. It's a travesty.

This is all a distraction. China would love for US to start a real war so we're divided 7 fold and then swoop in and sabotage us in one fell swoop like that scene in godfather where they kill all the other gang leaders. So I talked to a girl yesterday. Not trying to rizz her up, just talk. She's okay looking, not my type though. She's too young anyway, early twenties. Look, when I'm 40 and she's 29, perfect but I don't want anything to do with anyone under 29 again. There's a whole lotta drama there. Too many times for one Bear. She needs to be established and clear headed, not whatever. Not my point, let's move on.

Ok ok, first, a backstory. Another girl,  she's talking about intuition. Great, love the subject. She says she knew someone had died, who was it?! I'm all ears, metaphysical good shit, no complaints. 

She says it feels like it's someone she's romantically involved with. Oh really? Do go on. She says she contacted her ex and a few others "anyone she could think of"... uh a few others you're romantically involved witg? Then she says, a friend calls her a few days later, like 4 days later and says the guy she "has a romantic relationship with currently" died 4 days ago. So wait, she's in a relationship, doesn't even contact the guy for days and he doesn't even come to mind when thinking of who might be dead.

Wtf? I don't understand something here.

Okay back to chickie. She says she doesn't have a bf, ok ok, so obviously she's opening the door for me here, girls don't say that unless. I'm flattered but not interested. She then says she's tired of the typical guys. I like her now, not in that way, but good for her. Then she talks about a gut she just hooked up with and might see again. Full stop.

[Ashley] ole Bear just shuts down, like unresponsive at this point, he can't thonk of anything to say, so ok, a I switch in and try to navigate to the closest possible exit to this conversation without offending Bear's day job coworker and get away without any commitment to ever speak to her again. Good thing host doesn't have such problems because girls only talk to him when they need something specific. Which is good because he literally can't deal with this shit, especially when girls talk about their relationships. Why would we care? We don't even know these people and their feeble existence is of utter irrelevance.

But if they still try to pull of such bullshit it's usually host who makes them shut down when he replies something about the industrial output of the Ottoman Empire in WWI or some Latin or Old Greek proverbs without τranslation. This crashes the NPC because the response is outside their expectations. They quickly learn not to do that again.

Oh wow, we saw the new Barbie movie. It was quite the movie. I took it as a commentary on modern society and it was an honest portrayal. It had everything, patriarchy, capitalisms, idealism, and reality. There was a lot of losers in that movie but the true winner was Bear. If he was in that movie, he would have stood out as the real winner at life. Not a simp, content, happy. It was a movie about chronic discontentment, consumerism, anti-feminism, racism, sexism, and it wasn't trying to hide it. This movie made fun of all the progressive movements by showing just how ridiculous they are. It even made an anti-semetic comment, it made fun of fat people, and it was pro-fascism, pro-capitalism, and pro-patriarchy. It was everything Bear loves, and though it was an awful dystopian nightmare of cringe that even eye-bleach couldn't erase, if they wanted to write a movie just to boost Bear's ego, mission accomplished. 

Okay, so either a really confused feminist accidentally wrote a movie that carried anti-feminist notion, or someone just wrote a big comedic FU to modern progressivism. Of course other than that, aside from a few chuckles and a couple neat scenes, it was awful, but worth a watch.

You wouldn't believe the nonsense I've been through in the last month but the cherry on top is that my computer is doing the win10 BSOD thing. I have my old computer so I'll set that up while I reload windows with a new SSD on my newer one so there shouldn't be any gap in DnD activity. It's just a pain. 

I had to bring the hoopty in the shop bc I don't have time or tools to fix the issue it had, that was insanely expensive ofc. But the ass clowns wanted me to pay $550 for an oil change and drain plug replacement? F no. There was a cam seal leak x4 bc dual overhead cams x2 banks. Was expensive.

I do my own maintenance otherwise.

Anyway, sucks that my computer is crapping out its really inconvenient.

I will reload windows and then see if it's a hardware issue, could be the SDD too. Pfffftttt sucks tho. Lots of shit to re-input and install. 

My water heater went out, took care of that. My kitchen sink plugged, took care of that. My sliding interior door fell off the track, temporarily fixed that. I also had a minor accident and just got the car back last week, wasn't a big deal, not my fault.

Also the battery died, that took 2 hours to sort, luckily I have friends and a spare car.

Joy's a champ, no sign of her burning out any time soon. Joy's just trying to be as accommodating as she can. Hopefully it's been fun. My system is already at the point that they're saying they want to do a run without any outsiders in parallel with this one. 5e is more fun than whatever version I played years ago. She does appreciate having outsider frens to play with though.

Not a big deal if Yulya just half-asses the posts. Joy was impressed with her actions so far.

Nope, I refuse to make more work for myself, but I did some investigation and it turned out there was a legacy software that conflicted with windows 10 22H2. Fuck that old worthless program. Problem solved.

There has been an endless series of broken things, water heater, dishwasher, computer, oil leak I didn't have time or tools to fix, now stove broke.

im more worried about the yearly car inspection. mechanic hours have become crazily expensive even if theres nothing to fix just changing oil and filters can cost a lot and i cant do it myself and i know nobody whod do it for me. i had a mechanic frien who would do it for price of materials but he moved abroad so f.

When you're me: (3x vehicles, 3x problems) at least 95% of the time I fix it myself. I just paid $15 for a part that the shop wanted me to pay $500 to replace, nope, not if I can get to it without dropping the engine, no thanks.

I take sick leave and then do it myself. No, I'm  not paying $120-280/hr for them to do mundane shit I can easily do myself like oil changes and maintenance. Head-gasket I can't do without a lot of effort, way too much effort for me with these two jobs, but f me it's expensive.

I was a mechanic for about 18 months, working on Jaguars. Never ever buy an English car.

I have a full set of tools but some shit is a pain. My German car is complex af and has so much shit on the top end. It's a high end one, so call me stuipd for owning that. My Jap car is simple. Course then there's the big ole 'merican truck and that thing is bulletproof and dead simple. It's the only one I actually bought myself, my friends gave me the other two like, "hey do you want my old car?" and I'm all, "you had me at 'do you want.'" because I'm cheap and new cars are insane here. Seriously I make more than them but they can't stomach getting 10 cents on the dollar in a trade in and some people need new cars every five years where I don't mind that none of my cars are newer than 10.

I have another aunt of a friend that asked me if I wanted her old civic "old is 6 years old" I said, "whenever you're ready, I will make the sacrifice and take possession of your nearly new car for free." I'm a saint you know.

A neighbor down the street says, "my husband's old car is a pain, can you take it?" she said that a year ago, so I'm not holding my breath.

I had to get rid of 2 cars in 2021, I had 6 at one point, but they were old, like '92, '94 and the SMOG shit sucks for older than '00. At this point I'll be one of those old men with a junkyard full of cars. I need to buy a farm so I can throw all these in the barn, but Grandpaw Biden and President Newsome say no more new ICE cars after 2035 and I'll have a fucking fleet by then. Again, don't give a fuck if I never buy a new car again. All my cars are always in top condition.

Anyway, I want to really just get rid of everything and move to Micronesia or maybe Alaska.
