Haven't slept or ate in the last 36 hours. Walked 14km. Doomscrolled over 500 toks. Approached 3 different strangers for directions when I knew exactly where I needed to be. TL;DR is maybe
In particular, I've been scraping with my IP for ages now and tiktok does not care one bit about me it seems, but I have not been using my cookies too much if at all.
On the other hand my firefox refuses to load the tiktok site for a while now and it mostly coincided with me beginning my en-masse scraping endavour. I am not logged in there though.
Also  >>/9885/ neko is right in so far as it scrapes through tikwm, but it also grabs the actual videos from the tiktok like tikwm does so most of the data is actually coming from tiktok. It's just that tikwm has access to the direct video links that you want and nobody wants to share the knowledge of how to get.
That's at least accurate for the python version but really, why would he run completely different code for the browser extension? (the answer is he most probably does not)

Also this app/site/whatever chinese spyware it is is atrocious, no looking at content without account, you can only login onto the site with a chinese phone number and the only reason that anyone is able to even get in is because they accept google accounts on the phone. I believe you know this already (since it's anglosphere law) but it's much harder to set precedent in the US than follow up with it. Basically what they will do instead is just follow the precedent and ban it in I dunno, maybe a month, maybe 3 months and that's all she wrote. No normie coded person is going to change an app every few months to escape the evul government.
Though of course that's just speculation, maybe they'll be happy with just 80%-90% of the people going to other apps.

There are only 2 options really 1. You get used to it and it doesn't hurt (well it still hurts, but it's more of a being tired than actual pain) 2. It's not enough of volume/strain and you're just practically doing cardio.

IMO everything that burns calories and isn't done in express purpose of growing muscles is pretty much cardio. So I guess going outside to throw out the trash is also cardio, even if it's really bad at being cardio, as opposed to doing like 30 pushups or something, which is just kind of bad.
You can of course combine cardio and hypertrophy and there's plenty of leeway when building muscle early on but I'm talking generally.

Well, she is kinda struggling to be fair, they are just struggling the other way to even eat anything because they're so used to skeletonmaxxing and are literally obsessed with their body dysmorphia.
My ex was fucked in the brain that way, she was pretty fat when she was growing up and later she lost almost all of her weight (I didn't know her before she lost the weight) and she had comfort foods and sometimes refused to eat pretty much at all. Had to treat her like a baby sometimes to make her eat food lol.
Anyway I'm ranting, not to sound armchair psychologist, but I think actually the problems with losing weight stem from being fucked mentally actually and if you just let yourself get to terms with yourself you'll get it done.
