> Thank you for your patience in these difficult times Miss Graywind... We will return in a few days.
She waves you off, "Whatever helps, like I said, I'm expecting Gundren and his brothers to make me rich. So ask Hobby, he knows what I want, he supplies me, I'm not officially sanctioned to deal with traders directly by the Merchant's guild yet."

> Nyaa we're sorry for bothering you again Nya but we're not here to buy anything Nya! Could you pweease Nya store this for a few weeks for us Nya?
> I understand your frustration but... I deeply thank you and Sir Hobnail

Elmina eyes you with growing disdain "Your Hollow words fall short. What do you expect me to do? Thank you and bow, or kiss your feet?"
> I come to you today asking for yet another favor ... exclusively supply you with goods ... we have to charge you over the market price.
You see fire in her eyes, "Ha!" she laughs "A liar too, and a bad one. I already heard you were supplying that scoundrel Harbin Wester. You could hear him boasting a mile away how he was going to have production ahead of schedule and how four lovely ladies were going to deliver him his testing chemicals. Save your lies for that idiot Glimmer!"
"Did I hear my name?" Hobby was obviously listening in from the next room and took the opportunity to wedge himself into the conversation.
"Deal with your friends Glimmer!" Elmina stormed off as Hobby took her place.
He stood humbly "Well um, she's not the best with customers or contacts, that's why I'm here, so glad to see you all again." He leaned in and whispered, "please don't tell her I introduced you to master Wester." He cleared his throat looking down at the pile of odds and ends, "Oh yes, you need me to store a few things? Of course of course. Now about Neverwinter, we'd be happy to take anything you bring back for a modest amount over wholesale, we're not in any position to bargain, but we can't accept anything more based on our previous arrangement."
"20% over," Ashley said.
Ashley doesn't know what this means, wholesale trade is sanctioned through the trade guild for new items at at minimum 50% of the full retail price, this is not available for all items and usually traders have side deals to get items made for as little as 25% of the full retail value and their profit is then the difference, you won't have such deals so you would acquire items typically for 60%, basically the same as if you bought them from anyone, then you could add 10% but it would require an agreement between trader and retailer to accept that deal. At 20% over wholesale, that's 80% of retail technically, without a trade guild plate, you couldn't make a profit.
Hobby perked up and smiled, "Oh very well, miss Ashley, yes, erm, I hate to ask but do you have a trade guild plate of your own? Until Gundren's return, I couldn't accept further cargo on his plate."
Ashley smirked, "I might, and if I do we can bring some supplies, not a ton but we're working out the logistics now."
"Absolutely, do what you can and then this could work out for both of us." Hobby quickly scribbles a list on a sheet of paper, it includes warmer clothes, fabrics, foodstuffs, alcohol, and mining equipment.
Tier 1 100lbs - Wholesale profit at 20% over 10gold
Tier 2 250lbs - Wholesale profit at 20% over 25gold
Tier 3 500lbs - Wholesale profit at 20% over 50gold
The item in your inventory would be: Hobby's Supplies, Tier X, weight XXXlbs, J, XXgp
Ashley takes the list and smiles.
Presuming she can get a plate from the trade guild, at level 1, she would be allowed to make a trade on qualified routes with a small fee to the guild per transaction. This fee might be waved for Phandalin. You may also find others in Neverwinter who want things delivered to Phandalin.
Required interaction.
